Almond Toffee Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular or gluten free baking mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 toffee bits
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 7 inch baking pan with cooking spray, set aside, I used a spring form pan.
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix egg, oil, sugar, and milk.
  • Add in the baking mix stir everything together mix well.
  • Fold in the almonds, toffee bits, chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking pan, Bake for about 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Set on a cooling rack, after cooled top with chocolate glaze, top with extra almonds, toffee bits and chocolate chips, if you like it.
  • Cut, Serve, Enjoy!
