Almond Toffee Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup regular or gluten free baking mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1/3 toffee bits
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 7 inch baking pan with cooking spray, set aside, I used a spring form pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl mix egg, oil, sugar, and milk.
- Add in the baking mix stir everything together mix well.
- Fold in the almonds, toffee bits, chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan, Bake for about 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Set on a cooling rack, after cooled top with chocolate glaze, top with extra almonds, toffee bits and chocolate chips, if you like it.
- Cut, Serve, Enjoy!
