Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free or regular flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray an 8×8 square baking pan lightly with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl cream together the peanut butter and butter.
  • Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla, mix everything together completely.
  • Stir in the flour and mix until everything is blended.
  • Evenly spread dough into the prepared baking pan. Bake in 350° oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Place on cooling rack and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top while hot. After chocolate has melted, spread it with a spatula to cover the top.
  • Place in refrigerator to cool and cut into squares, serve. Enjoy!
