One of my new favorites… These cookie bars are really good, coconut, chocolate chips, and walnuts, some of my favorites.
The recipe I used was on the back of the Christmas kisses candy bag. They really turned out delicious, so basically I’m telling you it is a good recipe for peanut butter blossoms.
I used None Such mincemeat in the jar for these cookies. Since there is plenty leftover in the jar after making this recipe, I will be making some mincemeat tarts or maybe even try a new recipe to use up the rest of the mincemeat, In other words another mincemeat post will be coming soon….
