Mushroom and Cheese Omelet


  • 2 eggs
  • 3 large mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese, your favorite
  • pat of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • sliced green onion, optional


  • Turn stove burner on medium add pat of butter in a medium fry pan.
  • In a small bowl beat eggs with a fork for a minute.
  • Pour beaten eggs into fry pan, cover bottom.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cheese on top of eggs, spread evenly.
  • When eggs are cooked a little firm on bottom flip eggs in half with a spatula.
  • Cook omelet about 30 seconds on each side, (cook until your desired doneness).
  • Place on plate, add your favorite breakfast side. Serve and Enjoy!
