Easy Triple Berry Cobbler


  • 1 cup gluten free baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 12 ounce bag frozen triple berries, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • * Make sure to use gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!


  • In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs with a fork, add milk, baking mix, and melted butter.
  • Beat all together with a fork for about a minute, until all mixed.
  • Spray a round or square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour batter into baking dish, evenly top with berries, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of sugar over top.
  • Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  • Set on cooling rack to cool. Serve with whip cream or ice cream, warm or cooled. Enjoy!
