  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 tub 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 ounces room temperature cream cheese
  • butter cookies for garnish, optional


  • Mix together the cream cheese and whipped topping with an electric hand mixer.
  • Add the lemon pie filling and beat together with electric hand mixer until completely blended together.
  • Spoon into dessert dishes garnish with extra whipped topping and a butter cookie if desired.
  • Refrigerate, serve cold, makes about 4 servings. Enjoy!
