Salami and Mozzarella Omelet


  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices thin sliced hard salami, cut into pieces
  • 1-2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Beat the eggs together with a fork in a small bowl.
  • Turn a skillet on medium heat and add butter.
  • When butter is melted, add beaten eggs to the skillet, covering the bottom of skillet.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and salami evenly over eggs.
  • Turn heat down to low and slowly cook until a bit firm. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Take a spatula and fold omelet in half, let cook about a minute or less.
  • With spatula flip omelet over to brown the other side, for about a minute or less.
  • Garnish with extra cheese and salami. Serve and Enjoy!
