Sweet Corny Bread


  • 3/4 cup self rising cornmeal (not mix)
  • 1/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten with a fork
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  • *Make sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!


  • In a medium mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix completely.
  • Spray a round or square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour batter into baking dish, spread evenly in baking dish.
  • Bake in pre heated 375° oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  • Serve by spoonfuls on to your dish hot or cool slightly and slice. Add some butter. Enjoy!
