Chili Lime Mahi Mahi with Pasta

Easy Mahi Mahi seasoned with Chili Lime seasoning over Gluten Free or Regular Butter Garlic Pasta.

Chili Lime Mahi Mahi with Pasta


  • 2 Mahi Mahi filets about 4 ounces each
  • 2 teaspoons chili lime seasoning, more or less
  • 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, more or less
  • 6 ounces gluten free or regular pasta, cooked to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for pasta
  • 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil, for pasta
  • Fresh cracked pepper and salt to taste
  • Sliced green onions for garnish


  • In a medium skillet on medium heat add the garlic infused olive.
  • Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in skillet sprinkle with paprika and chili lime seasoning on both sides.
  • Saute for about 10 minutes turning several times to cook evenly. Turn heat down if needed so not to burn.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Meanwhile cook pasta and drain, place in a serving dish.
  • Add butter and garlic infused olive oil to hot pasta toss evenly.
  • Add cracked pepper to pasta and place Mahi Mahi filets on top of pasta.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions.
