Individual Apple Crisps



  • 2 small apples or 1 large, peeled cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix together and set aside.


  • 1/2 cup dry quick oats
  • 1/4 cup gluten free or regular flour
  • 2 tablespoons cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Mix together dry ingredients and pour in melted butter mix together until crumbly.


  • Spray baking dishes with cooking spray.
  • Divide apples evenly into baking dishes.
  • Divide crumble evenly on top of each apple dish.
  • Bake in pre heated oven at 375° for about 30 minutes.
  • Set on cooling rack. Serve warm or completely cooled.
  • Add ice cream or whip cream, optional.
