Double Chocolate Muffin Tops


  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate baking chips

*Make sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!


  • In a medium mixing bowl beat together with a fork sugar, egg, cooking oil, milk, vanilla.
  • Add flour, baking cocoa, and mix together and blend completely.
  • Stir in semi sweet chocolate chips.
  • Spray muffin top pan with cooking spray.
  • Spoon batter into muffin pan.
  • Bake in pre heated oven @ 350° for 7 minutes, don’t bake to long they will be dry.
  • Place on cooling rack to cool and serve! Makes 6.
