Ham and Cabbage with Noodles
1 small – medium head of cabbage, cut up
8 ounces ham, cubed or leftover Easter ham slices cut up
2 cups cooked macaroni or egg noodles
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet with a lid, add olive oil and cut up cabbage, let cabbage simmer until tender.
After cabbage is tender add ham, noodles, and butter, let simmer until heated all the way through, long enough for all the flavors to merge.
Serve hot and add salt and pepper to taste.
