Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble made with Gluten Free Flour or Regular Flour

Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup regular or gluten free flour
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 21 ounce can strawberry rhubarb pie filling

Mix together quick oats, flour, light brown sugar, and cinnamon, add melted butter and mix until crumbly.

Pour pie filling into a sprayed with cooking spray round or square baking dish.

Spread the crumble mixture evenly on top of pie filling.

Bake in oven @ 350 ° for about 40 minutes.

Serve warm or cold, taste good with whipped cream or ice cream on top!
