Easy Ground Beef Gravy with Mushrooms
- 1 pound lean ground beef 93/7
- 1 package brown gravy mix regular or lower sodium
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms fresh or canned (no salt added)
- 1 teaspoon umami seasoning or your favorite seasoning
In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain fat if needed, add mushrooms.
Sprinkle seasoning over ground beef and mushrooms, cook until meat is done.
Make gravy according to package directions and add to ground beef.
Heat through and serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
Sprinkle with parsley to garnish, optional.
