Easy Fried Apples

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin, I used gala apples
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Melt butter in skillet on medium heat

Add sliced apples, cook for about 5-10 minutes until tender.

Add light brown sugar and cinnamon.

Cook until sugar is dissolved and looks like syrup.

Serve hot. Enough for 2 servings.

Eat plain, or with whipped cream, ice cream.
