- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 small carrot grated
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, more or less to taste
- Pinch of celery seed, optional
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, in a small bowl.
Toss together the cabbage and carrots.
Add the mayonnaise mixture to cabbage and carrot mixture, blend all ingredients together.
Top with fresh cracked pepper, if you like.
