Chicken Burger Sliders with Gouda Cheese

  • 1 pound lean ground chicken
  • Fresh cracked pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cheese slices, I used Gouda
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except cheese
  • Shape into burgers, whatever size you choose
  • Fry in pan to cook, flip to cook other side, add a little olive oil if needed so they don’t stick
  • Top with your favorite cheese slices just before they are done, so cheese will melt
  • When finished cooking serve on regular or slider buns, depending on how big you made burgers, add your favorite condiments and garnishes.
