Rice and Mushrooms with Peas – Rice Cooker

  • 1 rice cooker cup white rice (rinsed)
  • 1 rice cooker cup Minute brown rice
  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) beef broth, regular or low sodium
  • 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Umami seasoning blend or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Throw all ingredients in Rice Cooker, stir, put on lid, and turn on. That is all you have to do.
  • Serve after Rice Cooker turns off.
