Philly Burgers with Cheese

Philly Burgers – Red, Yellow, Green Peppers, and Cheese

  • 1 pound ground meat, beef, turkey, chicken, or pork, your choice
  • A few tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
  • About 1/2 cup chopped peppers, I use frozen pepper trio in the bag
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Mix all ingredients and make into patties fry to your preferred doneness
  • Add more peppers in pan, cook with burgers, to have extra on the side.
  • Top with slices of cheese to melt on burgers when they are almost done.
  • Add bun if you like and top with your favorite condiments.
