Cabbage and Butter Bean Soup

Cabbage and Butter Bean Soup – Slow Cooker

1 – 32 ounce broth, vegetable or chicken

1 can about 15 ounce baby butter beans, drained

2 large carrots sliced

1 medium to large potato cubed

1/2 cup chopped onions

2 cups shredded cabbage

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dry basil

Salt and Pepper to taste 

Throw everything into slow cooker except potato and beans

Cook on high about 3 hours

Add cubed potatoes and drained butter beans 

Cook on high for about 1 more hour until potatoes are done.
