Slow Cooker Boneless Chicken Thighs

Slow Cooker  Boneless Chicken Thighs and Carrots

4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs

1 pound carrots peeled and cut in pieces

Set prepared carrots in slow cooker & add one cup water 

Place chicken on top of carrots

Brush a few spoons of olive oil on top chicken

Sprinkle paprika, fresh ground pepper, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder on chicken. (Your favorite spices and herbs).

Cook in slow cooker for about 4 hours on high.
