Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies – Gluten Free
1/2 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
Cream together butter and light brown sugar in a bowl, add egg and mix together
Mix in flour, oats, chocolate chunks, baking soda, and pinch of salt until all is completely blended together.
Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet
Bake @ 350 degrees for about 10 minutes
Makes about 12 cookies.
