Rosemary Chicken – Slow Cooker

Slow Cooker – Roasted Rosemary Chicken

1 whole chicken, this one is about three pounds

1 pound carrots, cleaned and cut in half

1 tablespoon olive oil, spread on top of chicken before spices

Spices to sprinkle on top; parsley, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, rosemary

1 cup water

Place carrots on bottom of oval slow cooker

Add the water, set the chicken right on top of the carrots

Spread the olive oil on top of the chicken

Sprinkle spices on top of the chicken, evenly

Salt to taste

Turn slow cooker on low for 2 hours, then turn to high and cook for 2-3 more hours, depending on your slow cooker. Serve…
