Gluten Free Vanilla Cake

Gluten Free Cake – With Buttercream Frosting

1 cup gluten free flour (1-1, cup to cup, measure to measure)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch salt

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

Sift dry ingredients, set aside

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix completely

Pour into prepared round or 8×8 square pan

Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
