OAT FLOUR – BLUEBERRY COBBLER

Oat Flour – Blueberry Cobbler 

1 cup oat flour

1/3 cup quick oats

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

2/3 cup milk

 1/2 can blueberry pie filling

Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.

Mix together wet ingredients, except pie filling, then pour into dry ingredients, stir until completely blended.

Pour 1/2 into prepared sprayed round or square baking pan.

Spread blueberry pie filling on top of batter.

Pour remaining batter on top of blueberry filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes

Serve with whipped cream, whipped topping, or ice cream, while still warm, your choice.
