Coconut Flour Cake

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup Crisco melted to room temperature

3 eggs

1/2 cup cream or whole milk

1/3 cup sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

Sift together dry ingredients set aside

In another bowl add eggs and whisk together really well

Add milk whisk again, add oil, vanilla, and sugar blend completely

Add dry ingredients and stir, make sure all the lumps are gone

Pour into a prepared round or square pan 8×8.

Baked at 350° for 27-30 minutes
