Ham and Mushroom Quiche

Ham and Mushroom Quiche

one deep dish pie shell

1 cup diced ham

4 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced

1 medium onion diced

4 eggs beaten

1 cup shredded colby jack cheese or your favorite

3/4 cup milk or half & half

salt and pepper to taste

saute mushrooms and onions for a few minutes in olive oil or butter

Pour all ingredients in to pie shell

Bake at 380° for 50-60 minutes
